Covering the Eastern United
States, Mark Straubinger has entertained hundreds of thousands of
race fans with his unparalleled voice. The use of inflection in his
voice keeps race fans, convention attendees, and vendors on the edge
of their chair. At an early stage in his life he used to mimic network
announcers and soon found that he had a knack to commentate. Soon people
were requesting… "Do that announcer voice"
In the early years of his
career, While in college, he took a part time job as an announcer
at a local "State of the art" Go-cart track. As the track
expanded into Mud Boggin’ and motocross, so did Mark’s talent.
Soon series promoters were asking him to "Go on tour with the series"
and he has not stopped since.
Versatility is another
strong attribute to his success. From Clowns to Camera Men, Racers to
Reporters, Mark uses his quick improvisational skills to interact professionally
with other event staff. Mark has been known to go out and sit with the
crowd in the grandstands to include the fans and make them a part of
"The Program". He brings the crowd to life by challenging
one side of the Arena against the other to raise the level of excitement
to it’s fullest. Mark brings his own high end wireless microphone
with external mount antenna’s for maximum range and quality sound
reproduction.
